Troubleshooting Cisco Jabber Audio / Microphone Settings

If you are experiencing audio issues with Cisco Jabber, use the following instructions to get to the settings of Jabber

  1. Click on the Gear icon at the top right of the Jabber application, then from the drop down menu choose Settings.

  3. In this window you can see the drop down menus for both Speaker and Microphone settings. Adjust both of these until your microphone and speakers perform as expected. An image showing the Audio settings window of Jabber. For the purpose of this article we are referring to the drop down menus underneath the Speaker and Microphone options to select the proper audio devices to use Jabber.
