Creating a Webex Meeting in Outlook Web Application
Step 1
Create a new meeting
Step 2
Select the Cisco Webex Meeting Scheduler in the top bar
Step 3
Select add Webex Meeting
Step 4
Fill out all the pertinent information in the scheduling fields, just like a regular outlook calendar event
Step 5
Type a message in the field if necessary (Be careful not to edit any of the embedded Webex meeting information)
