Checking Your Voice Mail

Accessing your voicemail on campus from your own line:

1. You know you have a voice mail message waiting when you see the red light indicator on the handset or on the cradle and/or when you see the message symbol indicated next to your name on the main screen.
2. Press the message button  and then enter your pin followed by the # sign, when prompted.
3. New message(s) will play.

Accessing your voicemail on campus from someone else's line:

1. Press the message button; when prompted for the pin, press * and your extension.
2. Enter your pin followed by the # .
3. New message(s) will play.

Accessing your voicemail from a non-campus phone:

1. Dial 845-257-1500.
2. Press * , then your extension followed by #.
3. Enter your pin followed by the # sign, when prompted.
4. New message(s) will play.
